Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
Putting your RV on sale may seem like a simple process, but the reality is that you’ll need to compete with every other RV seller. Help avoid common issues by booking our Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection service. If you can prove that your RV is in better shape than most of the others, you’ll gain a major advantage.
Lender’s Inspection
When a bank or other lender will be issuing a loan, they’ll want to ensure that their investment won’t go to waste. Therefore, your lender may require their own inspection of your future RV. Going through this process may take more time, but it’ll make certain that you’re getting a good deal.
Fluid Analysis
A Fluid Analysis isn’t included in a standard inspection, but it’s absolutely vital. In fact, this is the only way to know whether your RV’s fluids are in good shape. Unfortunately, many RVs won’t pass this analysis with a clean bill of health. On the plus side, getting your RV fluids tested will tell you if the situation is bad enough that you shouldn’t move forward with a purchase. Fluids analyzed include:
- Engine and Generator Oils
- Transmission Fluid
- Engine and Generator Coolants
Buyer Walkthrough
Once you’ve officially purchased your RV, we can meet up with you for a Buyer Walkthrough. This means that we’ll help you become familiarized with every part of your RV. Don’t take your RV on the road until you know where everything is.
