Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

Putting your RV on sale may seem like a simple process, but the reality is that you’ll need to compete with every other RV seller. Help avoid common issues by booking our Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection service. If you can prove that your RV is in better shape than most of the others, you’ll gain a major advantage.

Lender’s Inspection

When a bank or other lender will be issuing a loan, they’ll want to ensure that their investment won’t go to waste. Therefore, your lender may require their own inspection of your future RV. Going through this process may take more time, but it’ll make certain that you’re getting a good deal.

Fluid Analysis

A Fluid Analysis isn’t included in a standard inspection, but it’s absolutely vital. In fact, this is the only way to know whether your RV’s fluids are in good shape. Unfortunately, many RVs won’t pass this analysis with a clean bill of health. On the plus side, getting your RV fluids tested will tell you if the situation is bad enough that you shouldn’t move forward with a purchase. Fluids analyzed include:

  • Engine and Generator Oils
  • Transmission Fluid
  • Engine and Generator Coolants

Buyer Walkthrough

Once you’ve officially purchased your RV, we can meet up with you for a Buyer Walkthrough. This means that we’ll help you become familiarized with every part of your RV. Don’t take your RV on the road until you know where everything is.

Black/Grey Tank Cleaning

Detailed cleaning of your black and grey tank, utilizing a pressure washer with a plumber jetter hose. This will clean any buildup on the tanks and help reduce odors. This service could also help the tank monitors give more accurate readings.

AC Preventive Maintenance

Detailed cleaning of the coils on your AC units. We use tools to straighten bent fins as well as apply a safe cleaner that cleans the coils and helps with the overall performance and longevity of your AC units. This service also includes inspecting the plenum area and taping any areas to prevent AC short cycling. Also, we inspect and clean or replace your AC filters, as well as perform a Delta T-test to make sure your AC is functioning properly.

Water Heater Preventive Maintenance

Detailed cleaning of the Water Heater by draining the tank and flushing the tank out with a sprayer to remove any buildup in the tank. Also, we replace the anode rod, if equipped, or the plastic drain plug. We test the Water Heater on electricity and gas to make sure the Water Heater is functioning properly.
